Malaysian Doesn't Have Manner When Call at Call Centre...

Hello...so long time i'm not written in this blog....just got new job at call centre make me have little time to write in blogspot.....i just wanna to share as my experience pick up call at call centre...what can i say is people in Malaysia doesn't have manner when they call to call centre...they think they are right but actually they are so stupid because sometime they very angry without any reason...what make i so annoying with malaysian peolpe are when they call to call centre to ask about their bill and get angry if that bill so high...but the truth is they not check carefully why their bill so high.....orang malaysia memang tiada adap bila bercakap dengan pihak customer service....mengapa perlu marah bila ada orang yang ingin membantu...mereka bersikap seolah-olah mereka betul sedangkan mereka ini boleh dianggap sebagai orang yang bercakap tanpa berfikir...perlukah memarahi customer service jika bil tinggi sedangkan hakikatnya bil tinggi kerana mereka yang membuat panggilan....people from east coast are very good because they have good manner when they talk to customer service....people from big city like KL, selangor and penang are very rude person....i think they really need help in anger management because they doesn't know how to control their anger....my last word is before get angry let think first did your action is really right or wrong.....and behave your word when talk to customer service........

For me tak semua customer camtu, coz I was customer service past time ago. Ini based on how we handling them.Ade customer call me marah2 sampai maki2, but at the end when kita show their fault in polite way, so they can accept it with calmness. This customer service works actually. But 1 thing y i quit from this designation because I had to cheat customer and hide the truth story. Walhal, contractor tak wat keje dorang, so customer call tanya the update sbb kita janji die time frame sekian time but we broke the promise, pasal bill tu biasa la, kita explain kat die one by one, how we charge them, kalo die byk ckp gaks, so kata u baca tak agreement selum kita offer service kita, u should understand agreement clearly before u decide utk sign, so apa yg kita ckp based upon the mutual - agreed agreement
