Hari ni aku gi jogging kat tasik perdana, macam biasa nak kuruskan balik perut aku yang dah memboyot ni...hehee...anyway seronok gak sebab kali ni nenick ngan arm join walaupun arm tak jogging. Lepas gak la aku satu pusingan tasik hari ni walaupun selalunya aku wat 2 pusingan, tak larat kot rasanya. Cuaca yang redup dan nyaman pas ujan membantu aku dapat jog dengan lebih selesa hari ini. Tapi yang paling best tu pas je jog petang tadi terus aku bantai makan aiskrim dan jambu, lepas tu plak malam tu aku makan nasi lemak lauk ayam, macam manalah badan aku nak susut...huhuuuu. Anyway jog is good for healthy because will help you to release your tension and make you become more good and health for next day. Maybe if it was your first time to jog, seem that you will facing a bad situation wether you have muscle ache or something not comfortable, but after 2 or 3 times jog, this problem will never happen again. For advice never eat nasi lemak after jogging because on the night surely you will feel so asleep like happen to me tonite...ciao
